~Shopping List~

  • 1/2 can tuna, drained
  • 1-2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 celery stalk, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 slice whole-grain toast
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

~To do~

Mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, and celery; season with salt and pepper.  Put filling on top of toast and top with cheddar cheese.  Place under broiler until cheese is melted.


You can swap the bread for a whole wheat tortilla or skip the bread altogether and serve it on a bed of chopped spinach with 5-10 garlic croutons and a lemon wedge.
