- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded finely
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 whole-wheat tortilla
- Salt and pepper
Heat skillet and cook bacon. Drain on paper towels. Heat your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds, the spread with mayo and top with crumbled bacon, tomato, lettuce and salt and pepper.
Replace romaine with spinach or other dark green.
